
Jennifer C. Johnson (Principle)
- Jenny qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in Sheffield and has since gone on to study in several areas to attain both physiotherapy & educational qualifications
- MEd. Grad Dip Physiotherapy. MCSP. Dip MDT
- Opened the clinic in 1990 and is a highly qualified physiotherapist who specialises in back & neck pain through the Mckenzie method.
- Has a wide range of experience with local, national and international clients of all levels. Assisting individuals in the management & treatment of pain and injury situations. Jenny has been a physiotherapist for both Commonwealth & Olympic Games athletes.
- Jenny has attained the highest level of post graduate education within the McKenzie method. She is a senior international faculty member of the McKenzie institute. She travels both nationally & internationally lecturing/teaching post graduate courses to other qualified physiotherapists, chiropractors & medical doctors in the management of back, neck and joint problems.
- Jenny also develops post graduate courses in both theoretical and practical aspects at masters level for therapists within the university setting.
- Jenny also has a particular sporting interest in equine sports & golf.
Jon Twynham
- Jon attained an MSc in Physiotherapy from The Robert Gordon University and prior to this had qualified with a BSc (Hons) is in Physiology, Sports & Exercise Science.
- He joined the clinic in 2008 to provide physiotherapy services in the treatment of both sports & non sports related injuries and has extensive experience in the management of sports related injuries being a physiotherapist for The Scottish Rugby Union and The Scottish Universities Sport Association.
- Jon also has an interest in treating and managing spinal problems. He is a musculoskeletal therapist, with a specialist focus in the treatment of lower back and neck pain. Specialising through the study of the McKenzie method.
- Jon is a highly competitive cyclist and has completed several events including the UK Half Ironman Triathlon.
Lianne Campbell
- Leanne attained an MSc in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University and prior to this had qualified with a BSc (Hons) is in Physiology, Sports & Exercise Science.
- Leanne has extensive knowledge of human exercise physiology and performance, and the psychology and biomechanics of sport utilising these within the clinic in order to assist patients.
- She has several years experience in the management of patients referred to physiotherapy within NHS & private practise and has successfully worked with Jenny in the clinic since it was established.
- Leanne has travelled nationally with sports teams as a physiotherapist and has worked internationally.
Morag Cruden (Practice Manager)
- Morag qualified in 1977 from Aberdeen College of Commerce after gaining Secretarial Certificate.
- She worked for various Oil Companies from 1977, and as a PA to Managing Director of a large oil company.
- Morag has a wide range of experience in all secretarial/administration related work; running offices; accounts; arranging conferences and travel; Health and Safety as well as Human Resources.
- In 1993 Morag joined Aberdeen Sports & Spinal Injury Clinic looking after all accounting and administration duties.
Gillian Scott
- Gillian graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy
- Is a Chartered physiotherapist registered with the Health Professions Council
- Being a keen runner and national level swimmer Gillians interests are in the management of sports related injuries
- Gillian has gained experience in cardiac rehabilitation and has been involved with running community rehabilitation classes
- Has an interest in the management of neurological conditions, in particular for those who have suffered a stroke to assist in reaching maximum function possible through rehabilitation and specific exercise and physiotherapy
Tracy Ward
- Tracy attained an MSc in Physiotherapy with Merit from The Robert Gordon University. Prior to this she graduated with First Class BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science at The University of Aberdeen.
- Tracy has several years experience as a Health and Fitness Advisor and Class Instructor and is well equipped at developing exercise and rehabilitation programmes for various sports.
- Tracy has a particular interest in spinal problems and is currently pursuing postgraduate study of both the McKenzie Method, and Pilates via the APPI.
- Tracy has previously worked as pitch-side support for a local rugby club and has a specialist interest in acute sports injuries and management.
- Tracy is an enthusiastic ice skater and enjoys most sporting activities.
Sharon Moh
- Sharon graduated from the Robert Gordon University with a BSc. (Hons) Physiotherapy and is a Chartered Physiotherapist fully registered with the Health Professions Council.
- Is a fully certified Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI)
- Has undertaken postgraduate study in the specialty of women's health, specifically for the antenatal and postnatal patient group
- Has a special interest in spinal problems and is currently pursuing postgraduate study of the McKenzie Method in the treatment of back pain
- Sharon enjoys badminton and has previously participated in the Corporate Decathlon. She also enjoys Pilates, running and snowboarding. With a keen interest in piano and music, she also has an Associate of Trinity College London Diploma and incorporates her knowledge of music therapy in her Pilates classes
Jacob Bobrowski
- Jacob graduated from The Robert Gordon University with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and is attaining MSc Advanced Practice in The University of Dundee.
- He has a wide range of experience with national and international health services, including challenging clinical practice in South Africa and Eastern Europe.
- Jacob has a particular interest in shoulder injuries, specialising through the study of the Cyriax approach via the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine
- He is pursuing postgraduate study of the McKenzie Method in order to offer an effective treatment of spinal problems
- Jacob is a decorated swimmer and an enthusiastic runner
